Goin' Postal of Northwest Tallahassee, is a local packing and shipping store conveniently located in the Oak Valley Publix plaza where North Monroe meets Capital Circle Northwest (5810 N Monroe Street, Suite 210-A, Tallahassee, FL 32303). We offer shipping through FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service, so we can help you find the best price for whatever you need to mail. We also have packing peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes, tape -- we're a one-stop shop for all your domestic and international shipping needs. We can even pack your boxes securely for you as you wait!

The best part? You don't have to wait in line for a half-hour at the Post Office! In fact, if you open a Customer Account, you'll never have to stand in line again! You'll fill out a short form, tape it to your boxes (or items, if you want us to pack them up for you), drop them off in our store, and we'll ship them and email you the invoice. It couldn't be easier!

And that's not all! We also offer freight shipping for bulky and heavy items, numerous Post Office services (such as stamps sold at face value, Media Mail, Certified Mail, Return Receipts, and more), printing, faxing, copying, and scanning.

Goin' Postal has mailboxes for rent as well. Renting a mailbox here has numerous advantages over a box from the post office. We can accept packages from FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We give you the option of receiving email notifications when you receive mail (so you'll never waste a trip). And we can provide Mail Scanning or Mail Forwarding services so that you'll have access to your mail even during vacations or extended business trips.

But we're still barely scratching the surface of what Goin' Postal can do for you. We also provide the following services:
* eBay Consignment Service: You drop off your unwanted items, and we'll take photographs, write the description, post them on eBay, collect payment, pack and ship them, and hand you the check. It's that easy!
* Notary Service
* Custom Printing: We can special order business cards, door hangers, banners, catalogs, postcards, vehicle magnets/decals, bumper stickers, flyers, window clings, presentation folders, brochures, award certificates, posters... basically, anything you can think of. We can do this with your own design, or our staff can come up with a fantastic design based on your input.
* Document Finishing Services: We can do laminating, binding, stapling, folding, or hole punching. Let us know what we can do for you.
* VHS-to-DVD Transfers: Do you have old family home videos lying around? We can transfer them to DVD or upload them to a private site to share with family or friends.
* LP-to-CD Transfers: Likewise, if you have out-of-print records that you'd love to listen to without dusting off that old record player, let us know. We can burn them onto a CD or an iPod.
* Billpay Station: At our store you can pay thousands of bills instantly, from Comcast to Sam's Club to VISA to 1-800-FLOWERS. If your bill is due on Monday and you don't want to take a chance with mailing a letter, we'll give you a document indicating that you paid on time.
* Prepaid Wireless Station: We offer time refills for your prepaid mobile phones as well as long-distance calling cards (both domestic and international) at a very low rate. We can also help you get set up with a prepaid landline, if you need one.
* Gifts and Supplies: We offer a wide range of packing and shipping supplies, as well as a handful of traditional office supplies. We also provide hilarious gift cards from Snafu Designs, as well as sentimental and touching cards and magnets from Leanin' Tree. We even have laminated reference guides and maps from QuickStudy -- perfect for students or anyone who needs a refresher course in one of our 90+ subjects.
* The Community Corner: We've devoted a portion of our store for people to lay out business cards and hang posters/flyers for their upcoming events. It's free advertising, so spread the word!
* Resume Services: In this tough job climate, you need something a little extra to separate you from all the other candidates out there. We can provide a complete overhaul of your resume to make it more professional and appealing. We'll print it on thick stock paper, give you a template for a new cover letter, and provide resume envelopes for you to bring to new appointments.

Soon we hope to announce partnerships to provide secure document shredding, computer repair, laundry drop-off services, an eco-friendly car wash which comes to you, same-day passport services, and fingerprint scanning. Goin' Postal of Northwest Tallahassee's owner, Michael Sullivan, moved to the Tallahassee area in 2004. He has six years of experience in the shipping industry, including two deployments with the U.S. Army working in the military post office in Taji, Iraq. Michael is excited to be part of the business and social landscapes of Tallahassee and is already a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion, and the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals.
